BlueLetter helped a trusted event management company to articulate it's true value proposition.

Following more than 3 years of developing a reputation as a trusted event management solution providers, Tayna Events reached an inflection point. The company’s deep vendor network and experience meant it could evolve into a very capable source of event management and services. Tayna needed to communicate this large shift to their customers – something that differentiated it from competitors. Most importantly, it had to be something that expressed who Tayna really was.

We immersed ourselves in Tayna’s business to get a better understanding of how customers perceive the brand. Strategies were lined-up to create it as a more purposeful brand, as well as a simplified architecture to help Tayna as the company continues to grow its portfolio. The company’s messaging became more confident, harnessing the added value it provides for businesses as a differentiator via digital tools.

And a new logo and visual system brought the strategy to life and signalled a significant change for Tayna.

We helped to implement the new communication across a variety of touch points, such as an brand identity, social media marketing, website development and designing, marketing consultancy. And with a renewed and highly differentiated platform, a fresh brand story and a new visual identity, Tayna is evoking the true calibre of its abilities to a larger audience in a more powerful way.
