Unwind wanted to launch its brand by developing a new positioning in the local market place by combining two different industries together i.e. cafe & a salon and establishing one unified brand voice. But in order to bring the strategy to life, the brand needed to align the positioning around the same brand attributes. Unwind had the opportunity to capitalize on the many untapped opportunities in the market and live as a more cohesive brand.
Developing a marketing strategy and execution plan for the launch of the new brand, Unwind, with a focus on high-impact services and luxurious experience. This work included coordinating internally-focused efforts (brand identity usage guidelines, internal communications, etc.) as well as externally-focused efforts (visual design, marketing materials, etc.). Ensured success by aligning the brand's business strategy, vision, and values with the brand attributes i.e. classy & chic. The over all brand development revolved around giving a high-end service experience to the audience along with the convenience of the cafe; this visual approach was followed through out the brand identity, collaterals, brand's look & feel, promotional collaterals and throughout the social media strategies.
